The sole performs in wet and dry, hot and cold conditions.
To extend the life of your dog boots we recommend applying Shoe Goo to patch small holes in the sole that can appear with wear. See Product SG.

Wore holes through in 15 minutes
Ultra Paws Customer Service is outstanding. They worked with me to find the correct size and boot design for my dog and needs.
We have the Cool Dog Boots. They are well designed, well made, and look sharp, too. They do not fall off and I swear that my dog likes to wear them.Martin

Our dog Riley had a stroke 3 years ago. She has residual weakness of the right front leg that she drags. We take her to the beach every day where she runs and chases the ball. The Ultra paw Did great on the street. Protecting the paw from the asphalt. In the sand and water. The boot stayed on but sand got in the boot and chafed her paw. We now just use the boot going back and forth from the beach and it works great. She has no abrasions on the paw. VERY HAPPYterry reding

Easy to Put on and Wash; Really Helps Disabled Dog Walk on Hardwood Floors
The shoes are very easy to put on our disabled dog. He fights us every time because he has short-term memory, but we straddle him and pretty easily put the shoes on. After he has them on, he gains a lot of confidence and can walk very quickly in them - something he cannot do without the shoes. I would just make one change to the shoe and, perhaps, offer an idea for an alternate shoe/boot. The Velcro on the straps don't last as long as expected (they seem to pick up every bit of fuzz or hair), so maybe provide a small brush to clean them out? For another idea on a shoe, perhaps you could put some tough mesh on the top and sides so that the shoes can "breathe". It would enable the shoes to be worn longer and smell better.Unknown

if your dog needs boots - These are THE BEST
Didn't think they would stay on our English Setter bird dog - they did!! It's all about sizing properly. Our girls feet were getting cut up/ blisters. Tried these for a weekend of lot's of pointibg birds, bugs etc., in and out of a pond. STAYED ON!!! No irritation to her feet - no more sore feet! She only needs them on her fronts so it's as if we had a spare pair for when the first got wet. Very quick drying. Won't hunt, camp ir hike without them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Lous Husar

Most durable to abrasion.
My 8 year old German shepherd dog was recently diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy and due to dragging his rear knuckles has had a lot of cuts and abrasions over several months.
Ultra Paws have been a life saver for him and since he has been wearing them has completely healed from the wounds.
He has perforated some other brands in a single day.
He is now in a wheelchair and still drags his rear toes but Ultra Paws have been able to stand up to the abuse on asphalt and concrete.
ULTRA PAWS RESPONSE: WE ARE SO HAPPY TO HEAR HOW OUR BOOTS ARE HELPING YOUR DOG! WE DID WANT TO MENTION THAT OUR RUGGED BOOTS ARE BETTER DESIGNED FOR ABRASIVE SURFACES LIKE STREETS, SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS ETC. THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO REVIEW AND COMMENT ON OUR PRODUCTS.Unknown

My precious golden retriever lost one of her back legs to cancer and the durable boot on her remaining back paw keeps her paw from sliding out from under her. It stays on , rarely twists, and is easy to put on. She wears it every day. I do take it off at night to let her paw get fresh air. Unknown

your dog will love these
If you are concerned with your dog taking the boots off, do not worry. My dog struggles with cold paws and salt in the winter. I have purchased other brands of boots and he just took them off. These are well engineered and made the winter bearable. My suggestion is to start out with putting one on in the house to get a feel, and then one on the front and one on the back and leaving it one for a few hours to get them accustom to the boots.
The customer service was fantastic as well, I accidentally ordered 2 pairs and they checked with my via email before sending out both pairs and then refunded me for the other pair. If you love your dog and live in a cold climate these are a must buy!sam lapham
