9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday, Central Time, as we are a Minnesota company, you betcha!

Holidays: Our employees value time with their families, so we are closed on the following holidays (or closest weekday if the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday) Orders received will be processed on the next business day: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Friday following, Christmas Eve (noon), Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (3 p.m.)

Shipping and Handling Charges

At check out you can view all of your shipping options (US Postal Service or UPS) and shipping charges. You select your preferred shipping method at check out.

Pick Up at Ultra Paws Warehouse

Pick Up at our headquarters in Baxter is an option for local ZIP codes - Baxter, Brainerd, Nisswa, Pequot Lakes, and Pillager areas. Pick up your order between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the next business day after you place your order. Note that retail services are not available to answer questions, or to shop for products. Please use our Store Locator to find a retail store in the area, use the inquiry form on this website or call us if you have questions. 

Expedited Shipping Information:

    • UPS Next Day: The order will arrive by 3 p.m. the next weekday after processing. (Next Day shipment on Friday for Saturday delivery is an additional charge and is not available to every destination. Call us before noon to coordinate Saturday delivery if you need it, otherwise your order will arrive the following Monday).

    • UPS Two Day: The order will arrive by end of the second weekday. (Count the two days as transport time; do not include the day of shipment. For example, orders shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday). Weekday delivery only.

    • UPS Three Day: The order will arrive by end of third weekday. (Count the three days as transport time; do not include the day of shipment. For example, orders shipped on Monday will arrive on Thursday). Weekday delivery only.

Shipping to International Destinations

We are unable to ship to some countries because of the lack of postal services and security.

Note: You may be charged import duty or customs clearance fees by your country or the shipping service. Check with your local authorities as you are responsible for any additional fees.

Weather Delays and Holidays

Holidays and weekends are not included in the delivery days and we cannot be responsible for weather or delays in shipping caused to the carrier.
