Holidays: Our employees value time with their families, so we are closed on the following holidays (or closest weekday if the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday) Orders received will be processed on the next business day: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (noon), Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (3 p.m.)

Repairs

If your product becomes damaged through normal wear and tear, or heaven forbid, the dog chews the harness - we may be able to repair it for you. We charge for time (at $20/hour), materials, and shipping. The product must be sent to us in clean condition. Items that are not clean will be returned at the owner’s expense.

Manufacturing defects

Manufacturing defects rarely happen, but if it does, we will repair, exchange or replace the product and return it to you at our expense. Please return it to us or email photos.

These products are not chew-proof, so we cannot guarantee against that, but we will try to repair your item for a fee, plus shipping.

Unfortunately, there isn't a perfect solution for dogs that drag their feet. - we haven't found a material that will stand up to dragging and still be comfortable for the dog. Some customers use the Rugged boots and then apply Shoe Goo as wear appears. You may also coat the top and toe of the boot prior to wearing with Shoe Goo to prolong the life of the boot as the dog drags the paw.
